The compliance benefits that China’s foreign investment enterprises can obtain are considerately higher than the general commercial benefits; If the “Going out” enterprises in China conform to the international compliance requirements, they shall promote the compliance construction of domestic enterprises accordingly; The collective compliance construction of China’s enterprises shall facilitate the commercial and legal environment in China. We believe the esteem of attorneys shall be further guaranteed during the course of compliance construction.
